Bloggers
Products limitation
This setting protects the creators. EasyBloggers is aware that malicious bloggers can exist, and the Product limitations setting can help prevent them.
It restricts the quantity of products a blogger can acquire at one time. For instance, if the limit is 3, the blogger can request 3 products simultaneously. If they want to take a fourth product, they must have an accepted post for one of the 3 products they took first.
It's important to note that posts categorized as In Progress or Waiting For Review are not considered completed.
Friends are not affected by this setting. They have no limit to how many products they can request at once.
Minimum post per month
Stores can set a requirement for each blogger to make sure they are active. While this is optional, EasyBloggers encourages you to set at least 1 post per month.
When you set a minimum count of posts per month on your Members page, you can quickly see if a blogger is following the requirement with the status at the bottom of their card.
Posts auto-accept
If a manager take took long to accept a bloggers' post, the system will auto accept the post so the bloggers doesn't have a pending post forever.
The values possible are: 4, 7, 14, 30 days. This can’t be disabled.
Products
Timeout priority
Priority is a way to make sure that bloggers always blog about certain products first. It restricts their ability to request delivery for normal priority products if there are higher priority products for which they didn't have an accepted post.
When setting priority on your products, usually, it's only temporary. Creators often first release their products at events for a fixed amount of time (1 month), and then the creations are available at the main store.
To prevent brands from always returning to each product and changing the priority manually, EasyBloggers includes a Timeout priority setting. This setting will reset the priority of each “timed out” product to Normal. The choices are between Never and 1 year.
Priority mode
Enforced: Bloggers must request all high-priority products assigned to them before they can access normal-priority ones. This ensures your most important items get covered first.
Suggested: Priority is displayed as a recommendation only. Bloggers can see which products you consider higher priority, but they're free to request any available product in the order they choose.
By default, this setting is set to Enforced.
Auto-deadline
Enable to allow the auto-deadline option when creating or editing products. This requests bloggers to blog about a product every X days, it's a great option if you don't have a lot of products. (e.g., bodies, heads).
By default, this setting is disabled.
